Q: Some lotteries send an email to players to finalize the registration process. What do I do if I was supposed to receive an email but it never arrived?
A: The first step is to check to see if the email is in your Junk or Spam folder. If there is no email in your Junk or Spam folder follow the “Forgot Password” process to have another email sent to you. If you still do not receive the email, it is possible your email provider or ISP (Internet Service Provider) is employing spam filters that are inadvertently preventing you from getting our emails. Spam filters employed by many ISPs are far from fool–proof. As a result, legitimate email often gets tagged as "spam."

A: Instant game tickets can be entered immediately after purchase.
Q: How do I enter my instant game ticket?
A: The unique code (numbers and letters) is typically located under the latex on the instant game ticket. After registering or logging–in to your account, the “Enter Tickets” tab on the website will provide an example of the ticket and where you can locate the entry code.
Q: My instant game ticket is not being accepted. What can I do?
A: Please check the code again. Sometimes a “B” can look like an “8” or an “S” can look like a “5”. Also, check the ticket closely as the code may have been distorted during the printing process. The number “0” may appear as the letter “C”, for example. An easy way to check this is by looking at the top of the ticket for any possible printing defects. A printing defect usually runs the entire length of the ticket, from top to bottom. Follow any defects found to where the code appears and see if this is the issue.
Q: Why did I receive an error message stating the instant game ticket has already been entered?
A: Please review your Ticket Entry History. Sometimes the Enter button is accidentally clicked (tapped) twice. The entry is accepted but the duplicate entry message will appear. Also, if you made a mistake entering your code, it is possible you entered a number that had already been submitted.
Q: Why have I been locked out from entering tickets?
A: For security reasons, a player is temporarily locked out of the system after multiple unsuccessful entry attempts. Lock outs cannot be lifted until the time has passed. After the lock out time has lapsed, you should be able to submit entries again.
Q: Do I need to keep my instant game ticket once it has been entered?
A: You will need to keep your ticket in order to claim any cash prize you may win. If you have not won a cash prize, once a ticket has been successfully entered, it does not need to be retained for the purpose of the Second–Chance Drawing.
Q: How do I know what MONOPOLY Lottery Properties I have?
A: You can view your MONOPOLY Lottery Properties by logging in and clicking on the “View My Board” tab on the website near the top of the screen.
